Terms of purchase

Scope
These terms govern the purchase of products in this online shop between the site owner (see Legal notice) and the customer. By confirming an order you accept these terms.
Prices and taxes
Prices are shown in euros and include applicable VAT. Shipping costs are calculated and shown before confirming the order, based on destination and weight.
Purchase process
When you confirm the order, stock is temporarily reserved and prices are revalidated on the server. You will receive a confirmation email once the payment is registered. If payment is not completed within the reservation period, the order is automatically cancelled and the stock released.
Payment
You can pay by card through Stripe or through our bank's secure Redsys gateway (which includes the Bizum option). The charge is only considered confirmed once the payment entity notifies us.
Shipping
We ship to the destinations shown in the checkout shipping calculator. Delivery times depend on the destination and the carrier and run from payment confirmation.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to withdraw from the purchase without justification by writing to info@munaynature.es. For hygiene and health protection reasons, cosmetic products unsealed after delivery are excluded (Art. 103 of the Spanish Consumer Protection Act).
Returns and warranty
After receiving the returned product in adequate condition, we will refund the amount by the same payment method within a maximum of 14 days. All products carry the 3-year legal conformity warranty provided for by Spanish law.
Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by Spanish law. You may also use the European online dispute resolution platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) or consumer arbitration boards.
