Data we process

We process the data you provide when creating an account, placing an order (identification, shipping address, tax ID if you request an invoice), subscribing to the newsletter, writing a review, answering the skin quiz or sending us a contact message. We do not process special categories of data.

Purposes and legal basis

We use your data to manage your order and its invoicing (performance of a contract and legal obligation), your user account (performance of a contract), sending the newsletter after express double opt-in confirmation (consent, which you can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link), publishing reviews (consent) and answering your enquiries (legitimate interest).

Recipients

Your data is only shared with third parties when necessary to provide the service: payment providers (Stripe and our bank's Redsys gateway), carriers for order delivery, and technology providers acting as processors (hosting, email delivery and images). No international transfers take place outside the mechanisms provided for by the GDPR.

Retention

We keep your data while the contractual relationship exists and, afterwards, for the periods required by tax and consumer law. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@munaynature.es and proving your identity.

Complaints

If you believe the processing of your data does not comply with the law, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
